Fishing At Zoo Negara Lake?

I checked with the zoo if it’s possible to fish in their lake the other day.  Here is the response I got.  A bit disappointed because the lake is known to be home to some pretty decent Snakeheads.   Response copied below:

Greetings from Zoo Negara !

We used to have a yearly event, “FISHING COMPETITION” ON September, other than this, no fishing is allowed, especially we have the water treatment at the lake recently and it will be continued for a period.

Regrets, no fishing until further notice.
