Standard 50% Deposit / 50% Final Policy

A deposit of 50% of the value of the project is required from any new client before any work is carried out. Any outstanding payments for services provided by HYGEN Web Design are required to be paid in full, no later than 14 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with HYGEN Web Design.

Once a deposit is paid and work is deemed completed by HYGEN Web Design you / your company must pay the full remaining balance.

Payment Fees & Charges

To avoid confusion, all costs and fees related to money transfers and any kind of payments made to HYGEN must be paid for by our clients. This includes charges for bank to bank transfers.

Late Payment Policy

Any payments not received within 14 days from the date of invoice will incur late payment interest charges as per the table below. Late payment charges will be compounded.

Example calculation: Late payment by 3 months for a balance of $500 will be charged as follows...

Month 1 » $500 + 8% = $540 + $100 = $640
Month 2 » $640 + 8% = $691.20 + $100 = $791.20
Month 3 » $791.20 + 8% = $854.50 + $100 = $954.50

charges for late receipt of payments can quickly add up, for this reason we kindly request for the benefit of all clients that payments are made in a timely manner.

Copyright & License Of Usage / Title Of Ownership

No rights whatsoever are granted to clients of HYGEN Web Design for the following, until full payment for services provided is received:

• Copyright
• Licenses of usage
• Title of ownership
• Source code

All work including code files, designs, databases and intellectual property as claimed by HYGEN Web Design remain the sole property of HYGEN Web Design until full and final payments are received for all work completed.

Account Suspension

If payments are delayed by more than 3 months from the date of invoice any hosting accounts can be suspended. If payments are delayed by over thee months any code files, graphics / images, designs etc (as claimed by HYGEN Web Design) may be retracted from use and held until full balance payment is received.
